You’ll wear your aligners 20-22 hours per day, taking them out only to eat, drink (except water) and brush your teeth. - Progress and resultsWe’ll check in after your 1st month and every 4-8 weeks after that to monitor your progress. Most treatments can take 4-18 months depending on complexity.
